Humming to himself as he strolls through the jungle, Elmer manages to get the tune stuck in the head of every animal he encounters.

When his Aunt Zelda cannot remember where she put his gift from Grandpa Eldo, Elmer helps her solve the mystery of the forgotten gift with love, patience and respect, in this heartwarming depiction of family life with elderly relatives.

The young elephants want to prove who is the fastest, so Elmer and Wilbur organise a race. Each decorated a different colour, the racers set off around the course and discover things about themselves - Blue may be first and Orange second, but White is kind, Pink and Violet are funny and Yellow is a cheat. Luckily Yellow also learns he is very good at saying sorry, so each young elephant gets a medal from Elmer.

All the elephants of the jungle were gray except Elmer, who was a patchwork of brilliant colors until the day he got tired of being different and making the other elephants laugh.

Rose and the pink elephants are celebrating Old's one-hundredth birthday. The celebrations take an unexpected turn when Old becomes stranded on a dangerous cliff top. Rose rushes to get help. It sounds like a job for Super El!

Grandpa Eldo asks Elmer and his cousin Wilbur to help a young elephant find her way back to her herd―and they get a shock when they see she is pink! Elmer and Wilbur learn a valuable lesson about being different and fitting in.

When Elmer hears an "Oh no!", he spots Super El, who's in need of help. He must get to Aunt Zelda without any of the other animals seeing him. It's up to Elmer to come up with a plan!

"More power," demands the king. But Melric the magician thinks that the king has quite enough power already. A sinister visitor called Sondrak boasts that he can easily grant the king's wish. But when Melric discovers that Sondrak is an evil sorcerer and up to no good, a dramatic battle follows.

Elmer and the other elephants are waiting for the storm to end so they can see the beautiful rainbow. But something dreadful has happened-the rainbow has lost its colors! Elmer decides to give his own colors to the rainbow.
